Retreat Coordinator Position Description

·     Determines retreat theme in conjunction with the Moderator

·     Plans and facilitates annual Spring Retreat committee

·     Submits advertisement in Church publications to the SAPC Publications Coordinator

·     Creates and distributes brochures and posters

·     Recruits sub-committee leaders

·     Secures speaker and entertainment in a timely manner

·     Confirms retreat location in a timely manner

·     Oversees the budget in coordination with the Moderator and Treasurer

·     Reports planning status to Moderator in timely manner
