Caring for the congregation is a integral part of Saint Andrews Presbyterian church.  There are many ways to receive and request care.

Pastoral Care - For pastoral care, please call 847-1913.  If it is after business hours, please leave a message for Pastor Mike, by calling 539-1913.

Prayer Request - You may use the prayer cards in the pews, or click Care Request to fill out an online form.  Both of these methods results in a confidential request to the church office.

Intercessory Prayer Group - PLEASE NOTE NEW TIME - intercessory Prayer Group: Members gather Fridays from 6-7pm in the Sanctuary to pray for the needs of our church members. The Prayer Team includes Bob Hill, Jean Hill, Connie Hill, Millard Kirk, Bob Lollar and Richard Lovelace.  You may call the church office at 847-1913 or use a prayer card to submit a prayer request. Healing and Wholeness Service

On a weekly basis, our Prayer Team is available in our Sanctuary for your prayer needs after the 8:45am and 11:00am worship services.

On the last Sunday of each month, we offer a Healing and Wholeness Service in our Sanctuary after our 11:00am worship service (usually around 12:15pm). This unique service offers a time of great spirit and grace. We invite you to come and be prayed for by Saint Andrews' pastor and our prayer team or you may ask for prayers for others who are prominent in your heart and mind.

Prayer Shawl Ministry - Knitters make prayer shawls for those who need our love, support, and concern during troubling times of their lives.  If you knit, or would like to learn, join us on the 2nd and 4th Thursday mornings at 10 am or the 2nd and 4th Tuesday nights at 6:30 pm. Stephen Ministry - Saint Andrews is a Stephen Ministry congregation.  This ministry offers one-to-one, confidential Christian care - given by a trained lay person.  To become a Stephen Minister or to receive care, click the link for more information or contact Floyd Lowman at 847-1913.

Angels' Care Ministry - This ministry within Presbyterian Women offers support through meals, rides or even just a card or a phone call.  If you have a new baby, hospital stay, death, accident or a concern, please contact the church office at 847-1913.  To volunteer to provide Angels' Care, click the link or contact Catherine Hawthorne at 845-4171.

Adults Caring for Loved Ones - If you are caring for a loved one at home or in a nursing facility, this group provides information and support.  All meetings are open to new members.  Please contact Trenna Perkins or the church office for more information.

Family and Friends of Gays and Lesbians - For information or to participate, please the church office or Art King.
