There are two main ways to contact us:

Stephen Ministry Confidential Care Request Cards

Fill out one of the blue Stephen Ministry Confidential Care Request cards (found in each pew) and:

1. Place the entire card in the offering plate.

2. Hand it to the pastor or a Stephen Ministry Leader.

3. Place it in the Stephen Ministry box in the Narthex.
